So i was siting here thinking i have to lose the same about of weight as i want to get down to i have to lose 180-190lb to get down to 180-190 i think thats kinda cool i have to Lose my self to Gain myself kinda deep... Ive been looking around for starter activity's to get me going and exercising if you have any feel free to post them or link them thanks and remmber Stay Healthy!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you want, if you are having a hard time targeting 2600 calories, some ppl do this:

Take your goal weight and times it by 10. So 190x10=1900.

Then use that as your daily calorie target. (1900) Men should never have a daily average below 1800 though, just FYI.
