This week i haven't been working out like i really should next week i will do better i have a work out dvd i'm going to give a try watching The Biggest loser always pumps me up "Stand up and Finish what you started"..... Bob. I am going to do just that and get this going

Ok so you had a bad week. At least you came and posted an honest post and took ownership for you lack of exercise. You can do this.
Do watch Biggest Loser, because yes it will motivate you. That is one of the only shows that I watch all the time. The people on there really can inspire you.
What I have found is that there are so many of us overweight people out here and you even though you may feel depressed and like you have a long road ahead of you know that you are not alone. At least you are recognizing that you have a problem and are taking the first steps to do something about it.
I see healthy, active, handsome man just lurking inside of you. I believe that you will succeed if you just put your mind to do it. I keep telling myself that nothing worthwhile in life is easy to come by, so why should losing weight be easy?
Just take one day at a time. Get up today and do some exercise. Just get moving. We are pulling for you.
Forget about yesterday and focus on today. What can you today to make your goal a reality?
