been trying to keep my calories on target im still looking into a more moderate exercise regime more so then my walking which i went on a walk tonight with my sis for 40 min tossed around a few ideas there this should get things rolling :)

I quit a habit today that i have been doing for over 5 years and i hope i dont fall back on it the habit was World of Warcraft today marks a new beginning lets hope i stick to this and dont fall back on my old ways that got me to this weight in the first place now i just need to come up with ideas to help me not fall back

not the best of days its already 8pm and im at my 2500 calorie limit kinda splurged and had 3 soda's >< BAD BOY an a good note though im full enough to not want any thing else today should go for a walk later and burn some of this splurging

So i was siting here thinking i have to lose the same about of weight as i want to get down to i have to lose 180-190lb to get down to 180-190 i think thats kinda cool i have to Lose my self to Gain myself kinda deep... Ive been looking around for starter activity's to get me going and exercising if you have any feel free to post them or link them thanks and remmber Stay Healthy!!!!!!!!!!!!

weighed in today i sure hope the scale is being truthful i weigh 365 that is 10 pounds less then the last good reading i got on the scale i am on my way to acheveing my goal weight i am going to stay motivated and keep doing this and push on harder and work out more i need to do this and i will

i am roughly (not sure) 375-390lb right now my goal is to get down to 185 a year from now thats averaging 5 pounds a week for a whole year i think i can do it i just need to get off my fat ass and do it this siting around playing wow and not doing any thing healthy is getting old i need to motivate my self and just do it

getting kinda of bummed out at the scale apparently its broke or i weigh to much for it cause when i stand on it it comes up with a ERR on the screen so yay i broke the scale or i got fatter just great really hard to track your progress when the scale doesn't cooperate

it is so easy to be tempted by a soda or a extra helping off food when there is a abundance of food. I need to find some way to stop going back to boredom foods and be more active this is gonna be a long hard journey
