well its been over a month since i got kinda depressed and stopped following a weight lost regime and i really need to stop doing that i weight my self today and am 375 same as i was a month a go but i need to get going and lose this so i can actually make some thing of my self im going to start counting calories again and go walking/jogging have a exercise bike ive been meaning to hop on but haven't been "properly motivated" yet

hey sorry guys I've pretty much fell off the wagon and have gotten stressed out over stuff and kinda fell back into old habits and haven't been keeping up with a exercise regimen or eating the best i can i am going to get back into it and do it right !!

hey all forgot to post on Wednesday for LHAS but this week had family over from out of town so it wasn't the best one for eating right but i managed to keep my weight at 374 with no up or down move hopefully this week will go better :)

Weighed my self today and i am still 379 didn't gain any ya but didn't lose any guess it goes to show you get out what you put in cause this week I have only exercised 75 min worth week two is going to be different I have a new work out dvd i'm giving a go. Any one tried Power 90?

This week i haven't been working out like i really should next week i will do better i have a work out dvd i'm going to give a try watching The Biggest loser always pumps me up "Stand up and Finish what you started"..... Bob. I am going to do just that and get this going

been trying to keep my calories on target im still looking into a more moderate exercise regime more so then my walking which i went on a walk tonight with my sis for 40 min tossed around a few ideas there this should get things rolling :)

I quit a habit today that i have been doing for over 5 years and i hope i dont fall back on it the habit was World of Warcraft today marks a new beginning lets hope i stick to this and dont fall back on my old ways that got me to this weight in the first place now i just need to come up with ideas to help me not fall back

not the best of days its already 8pm and im at my 2500 calorie limit kinda splurged and had 3 soda's >< BAD BOY an a good note though im full enough to not want any thing else today should go for a walk later and burn some of this splurging

So i was siting here thinking i have to lose the same about of weight as i want to get down to i have to lose 180-190lb to get down to 180-190 i think thats kinda cool i have to Lose my self to Gain myself kinda deep... i am roughly (not sure) 375-390lb right now my goal is to get down to 185 a year from now thats averaging 5 pounds a week for a whole year i think i can do it i just need to get off my fat ass and do it this siting around playing wow and not doing any thing healthy is getting old i need to motivate my self and just do it

it is so easy to be tempted by a soda or a extra helping off food when there is a abundance of food. I need to find some way to stop going back to boredom foods and be more active this is gonna be a long hard journey
