well its been over a month since i got kinda depressed and stopped following a weight lost regime and i really need to stop doing that i weight my self today and am 375 same as i was a month a go but i need to get going and lose this so i can actually make some thing of my self im going to start counting calories again and go walking/jogging have a exercise bike ive been meaning to hop on but haven't been "properly motivated" yet

hey sorry guys I've pretty much fell off the wagon and have gotten stressed out over stuff and kinda fell back into old habits and haven't been keeping up with a exercise regimen or eating the best i can i am going to get back into it and do it right !!

hey all forgot to post on Wednesday for LHAS but this week had family over from out of town so it wasn't the best one for eating right but i managed to keep my weight at 374 with no up or down move hopefully this week will go better :)

this week has been a fun one haven't got to much time in but i did lose 5 pounds and am down to 374. been watching what i eat and its helping get things rolling

Weighed my self today and i am still 379 didn't gain any ya but didn't lose any guess it goes to show you get out what you put in cause this week I have only exercised 75 min worth week two is going to be different I have a new work out dvd i'm giving a go. Any one tried Power 90?
