Yes 75 mins is way better than nothing. Before January rolled around I was exercising a big fat 0 every day. I never got up and moved around at all.

I got a Gazelle (it is an air glider by Tony Little). They only cost maybe $100 at the absolute most at Wal-mart. I started on that thing and could only do 5 mins. I kept at it and before long I could do 10 mins. I kept increasing my time and it was just last month that I was able to go for 42 mins at a total of 3 miles!!

I now just moved to an elliptical (got a used on for $50) and the first night I thought I was going to die at just 4 mins. So what I did was get on for 4 mins, then took a break then got back on and did that several times. The next night I got to stay on for 10 mins. I am now already at 30mins a session.

You just have to build up to it. You can do this if you really, really want it.

I am here cheering you on as well. Keep up the good work!!

We all have to start somewhere, right! I think that's a heckuva place to start right there. Good job.

Focus on the positive--75 minutes is a great start. You really can do this.
