well its been over a month since i got kinda depressed and stopped following a weight lost regime and i really need to stop doing that i weight my self today and am 375 same as i was a month a go but i need to get going and lose this so i can actually make some thing of my self im going to start counting calories again and go walking/jogging have a exercise bike ive been meaning to hop on but haven't been "properly motivated" yet

I hope you're ok and that you can take control and move on. We all fall off the wagon! It's my daily struggle....but don't give up on yourself. You have to dig deep and you will succeed. Good Luck!!

Exercise is one way I battle the depressed feelings. It produces chemicals that bring light back into my brain and clears out those cobwebbies.
